GMQS - Gestao Empresarial LTDA was incorporated on December 13, 2000 in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, and has operated continuously under the same legal identity for more than two decades. The firm was founded to provide management consulting services to small and medium-sized organizations that require experienced external perspective without the overhead of larger consulting houses.
Over the years, our scope expanded to include structured support for educational institutions and administrative work related to school funds. This dual competency — corporate management on one side, educational operations on the other — reflects the practical needs of the client base we serve across the region.
The firm operates from a single office in the Sagrada Familia district of Belo Horizonte. We do not maintain branch offices, franchise arrangements or licensing agreements. Every engagement is delivered directly by the firm, which allows us to keep continuity, discretion and accountability at the center of how we work.
Each engagement is scoped to the specific circumstances of the client. We do not offer packaged programs or templated deliverables — the work is shaped by what the situation actually calls for.

We prefer working relationships that mature over years rather than short interventions. Most of our current clients have been with us for a decade or more.

We do not license the GMQS name to third parties, we do not operate through franchises or reseller networks, and we do not run any affiliate program in connection with the services described on this site. Any communication received from parties presenting themselves under the GMQS or GMQS Advisory names, but not originating from the contact channels published here, should be verified with us directly.
